OVERVIEW
This large beach property is situated in the South end of Dassia Beach .
It compromises all grounf floor of Beach Villa Leo with independant entrance and the exclusive use of all the garden ,pool,gym,BBQ and all villa facilities in general.
This luxury villa ticks all the boxes for a superb family holiday. Dassia Bay boasts a beautiful long beach. The villa has , direct beach access through a gate in the garden and path within 45 steps way. Boats can be rented in advance with the option to book a professional skipper for more ambitious excursions.
Ideally situated in the middle of the island with easy access to all local amenities .
The warm water in Dassia Bay is crystal clear and hosts many pretty small fish and the occasional octopuses. If you are lucky you will spot one of the resident kingfishers or herons. Take the opportunity to visit one of the many remote private bays up and down the coast, only accessible by boat. Dassia’s bays boast tavernas and bars which you may either access from the beach or the main road.
All the beds have luxury Egyptian cotton bedlinen with a choice of sheets and four soft pillows per room for your most comfortable night’s sleep.

A path of 40 mts from the house through the garden leads to the gates to a virtually private beach(part of dassia beach) . Landscaped gardens at the front and back of the house with a variety of seating areas . Behind the house is an olive grove under planted with indigenous plants.
There is a BBQ area just outside and outside seating for 12 on the terrace by the pool.
A rather inviting pool dominates the outdoors with children’s section and a separate outdoors eight seater Jacuzzi .

Dasia Corfu: Dasssia is a popular family orienated resort located between the villages of Gouvia and Ipsos, 13 km from Corfu Town. Boasting a cosmopolitan and luxurious atmosphere has been inviting upper class and rather sophisticated holiday makers over the years.
Numerous high end properties are situated in Dassia as a couple of 5 star hotels.
A magnificent beach that stretches for a couple of kilometers dominates the beach front with numerous amenities from restaurants ,bars,water sports ,shops etc..
Dassia beach is quite flat and shallow making it ideal for children offering an uninterrupted view to Corfu straits and the ocean. Trees at the back of the beach provide a refreshing shade.
Small tour boats are also available for a short trip to the nearby beaches. A walk along the beach reveals smaller bays which are ideal for total privacy.
The beach offers a fascinating night atmosphere full of stars and moonlight.
There are many different ways to get to Dassia from any location on the island.
Airport to Dassia: 14.3 km New Port to Dassia: 12 km Corfu Town to Dassia: 13 km
. There is a reliable bus service from Corfu Town to Dassia during the day every about 15 min. with ticket cost 1,20E

On our beach you can moor a boat to explore the coastline by day or go snorkelling, fishing, etc.
Using a car you can explore the whole island as from south to north is aprox. 90 Km long and the widest is 20 Km.
This villa is situated in the midle of the island ,ideal for exploring around.
We strongly advise our guests to hire mountain bikes as the area is called the cyclers paradise.
Water sports are just a step away while golf is some 30 Km away. The closest tennis court is 400mts away at a nearby hotel resort.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked through us prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
